Alight Solutions is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to ensure accurate processing of participant information in PlanSmart. You will review, extract, and input data from documents across multiple queues with strict quality and privacy controls.

The role demands high attention to detail, fast-paced productivity, and adherence to SLAs. Strong MS Office skills and experience with sensitive data are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of data entry or related experience.
• Experience in production-based or high-volume processing environments preferred.
• Experience handling confidential information preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Process participant documentation across multiple queues (Scan, Data Entry, Fax, Returned Mail, Manual Audits, Gatekeeping, CAM).
• Review, interpret, and validate documents (ID, tax forms, verification materials).
• Enter data into PlanSmart and related systems accurately.
• Ensure compliance with quality, processing, and privacy standards.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
• Maintain high accuracy in high-volume processing and support audit readiness.
• Meet SLA turnaround and manage workload with competing priorities.
