Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Data Coordinator II to monitor data collection, ensure protocol adherence, and support processing and quality control of clinical trial data. You will work with research teams to abstract and code information from multiple sources and maintain study databases across systems.

The role requires BA/BS or related medical field, plus experience with medical records and databases.

Qualifications

BA/BS or two-year degree in the medical field.
Two years of experience in medical records, cancer registry, or related field.
Strong computer skills and experience working with databases.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Medical terminology.

Responsibilities

Collect, abstract, review, and code complex clinical data from multiple sources.
Enter and maintain study data in electronic data capture systems.
Resolve data queries to ensure completeness and quality.
Maintain study databases and perform routine data reviews.
Collaborate with coordinators and sponsor representatives to reconcile data.
Request and organize medical records to support study requirements.
