Qualifications

• High School/GED or better in General Business.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field desirable.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with medical providers and pharmacy teams to obtain prior authorization for specialty medications.
• Manage the tracking and collection of clinical data from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate patient status tracking through HIPAA-compliant electronic databases.
• Respond to phone calls from patients, medical providers and clinical staff in a timely fashion.
• Review and answer queries regarding case report forms (CRFs) promptly.
• Prepare for next day clinic by updating pre-registering patients and screening for program eligibility.
• Manage patient enrollment and report issues to HOC Director.
• Escalate major issues with study sites or patients to HOC Director.
• Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally; greet customers professionally and address concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
