Actalent is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator in Detroit, MI for a contract-to-hire role with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule. You will manage study data, coordinate monitor visits, and support audits within a hematology/oncology research setting.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year data management experience, and EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred). Collaboration with clinical staff and regulatory teams is essential for success in this growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year experience in clinical research data management.
• Experience collecting and entering data from EMRs.
• Experience resolving data queries and supporting audits.
• Familiarity with EPIC or a similar EMR platform.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Oncology or Hematology research experience.
• Phase I clinical trial experience.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification (or interest in obtaining certification).

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter clinical research data from EMR systems (preferably EPIC).
• Manage data uploads and maintain study databases.
• Resolve data queries and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate monitor visits and study documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional research teams.
• Support additional data and administrative activities as needed.
