Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of clinical research data management experience.
• Experience collecting data from EMRs (EPIC preferred).
• Experience resolving data queries and supporting audits.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR platform.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Team-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Oncology or Hematology research and Phase I trial experience.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification (or interest in obtaining).

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter clinical research data from EMR systems (EPIC preferred).
• Manage data uploads and maintain study databases.
• Resolve data queries and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate monitor visits and study documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional research teams.
• Support additional data and administrative activities as needed.
