Job summary

The START Center for Cancer Research in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Data Coordinator to collect, enter, and transmit clinical data for investigational studies. This role supports CRFs and study teams, ensuring data quality and timely submissions.

You will coordinate patient records, monitor visits, and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs for lab certifications, while adhering to study protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of clinical data entry experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and office administration.
• Experience with CRF electronic data capture preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CCRP or CCRP credentials desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and transmit clinical data for investigational drug studies.
• Receive, request and review patient records for CRFs.
• Coordinate monitor visits and site audits.
• Identify labs and obtain necessary certifications.
• Ensure data entry remains current and accurate.
• Attend required study meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
