Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a Junior Data Analyst in Falls Church, VA. You will support data collection, cleanup, quality checks, and reporting across multiple sources, and assist with data visualization and ad hoc requests.

Remote work may be authorized; TVA duties may require on-site collaboration. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a data-related field and 0–2 years of data analysis experience, with strong Excel and database skills

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with databases, data visualization, or reporting tools.
Ability to organize, clean, validate, and analyze data.
Ability to prepare accurate charts, tables, spreadsheets, and reports.
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, compile, organize, and prepare data from multiple program sources for analysis and reporting.
Perform routine data cleanup and quality checks to identify missing or inaccurate information.
Enter, update, and maintain program data in spreadsheets, databases, and other data systems.
Prepare recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using established procedures.
Assist with preparing ad hoc reports and data requests, including raw data, charts, graphs, and tables.
Develop basic charts, graphs, tables, and other data visualizations to support program reporting.
