Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or related field; two years of corrections custody or unit management experience.
Experience with data collection and reporting is preferred.
At least one year of experience with classification in a correctional institution.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Manages and coordinates all newly admitted inmates' case study developmental data.
Coordinates and administers testing instruments related to the inmates' personality, intelligence, academic, and vocational skills.
Conducts clinical interviews to identify personality, behavioral, and intelligence deficiencies and strengths.
Participates in data collection and evaluation for research and referrals to criminal justice, law enforcement, and social services.
