Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Engineering Cyber Specialist to oversee and execute critical technical components of our healthcare cybersecurity program for Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, CA. This role leads the implementation of cybersecurity controls, performs risk assessments, and collaborates with hospital IT and InfoSec teams to ensure the security and availability of medical devices.

As an individual contributor, you will support patient care by ensuring medical equipment operates safely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years related experience.
• Experience with healthcare IT cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair medical equipment to ensure patient care.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues.
• Lead vulnerability remediation activities including patching and upgrades.
• Maintain CMMS data integrity.
