Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Comprehensive Transplant Unit is seeking a Clinical Customer Service Representative for the part-time day shift (24 hours per week). The role provides front-line support for patients, families, visitors and health care teams, serving as a central point of contact on the unit.
Shifts run 7am–7:30pm on weekends, with a focus on professional, friendly, efficient service and Microsoft Word and basic spreadsheet usage.

The Comprehensive Transplant Unit is a 32-bed adolescent/adult surgical unit. The unit offers 3 levels of care: floor, telemetry, and intermediate levels of care. Care and services provided: post-operative abdominal organ (kidney, liver, and pancreas) transplant recipients; as well as medical management of complications secondary to transplantation. This unit is the designated step down for the Composite Tissue Allotransplantation (hand & face) recipients.
Clinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills, knowledge of information & computer systems, the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff, all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit, department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.

Minimum 17.99/hour - Maximum 20.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
