Texas A&M University–Kingsville (TAMUK) seeks a Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor for the School Counseling and Guidance program. This 9-month, non-tenure-track faculty role focuses on teaching, supervision, and program coordination within the College of Education and Human Performance.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, Texas School Counselor certification, and a CACREP-aligned doctorate (or Rehab equivalent) with 18 graduate hours in each teaching field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
• Certified School Counselor and CACREP-aligned doctorate or Rehabilitation equivalent.
• 18 graduate hours in each teaching field and evidence of teaching excellence.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate counseling courses in multiple modalities.
• Coordinate the School Counseling and Guidance program.
• Supervise field practicum and advise students.
• Develop course materials aligned with accreditation standards.
• Engage in service and department, college, and university activities.
