Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in social work or psychology.
• Licensure/credentials: CAS, CAT, ADDC, LAC, LCP, LCSW, LMHC, CDCA, LCDC.
• Minimum 1 year clinical/behavioral health experience.
• License or certification in good standing.
• Confidentiality and ethics required.
• CPR/First Aid certs or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services (group/family counseling, individual counseling, case management, crisis intervention).
• Develop and update treatment plans and service plans; manage referrals, discharges, and transfer summaries.
• Assess client needs and determine levels of care; maintain progress, incident notes, and patient records.
• Maintain professional communication with referents and collateral contacts.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and reviews; stay on-call for crises.
• Teach coping strategies, de-escalation, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and documentation requirements.
• Operate agency software (Ritten, Paycom) to complete job duties.
