Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the clinical/core laboratory. The role emphasizes accurate testing, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow while providing leadership to staff.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance management, and assist with SOP development and process improvements. A Bachelor's in MLS and 4+ years lab experience are required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required.
• Current certification as Medical Technologist/MLS preferred.
• 4+ years clinical lab experience; 2+ years supervisory/lead experience.
• Proficient with LIS and data analysis tools; strong leadership abilities.
• Experience with core lab platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical/core laboratory.
• Ensure CLIA, Joint Commission and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, workload, and performance evaluations.
• Train and mentor technologists and technicians; maintain competency records.
• Develop and implement SOPs; collaborate on process improvements.
