Role Summary: Exhibits the knowledge and skills required for care of patients in the specialty area of Sleep Medicine. Acts as the liaison between various healthcare providers, patients, equipment supply companies and the Sleep Lab. Collaborates with a multifaceted team to help manage patient care and prescribed treatments. Develops and implements standards to enhance the quality of care to the population served. Provides excellent communication and customer service to patients. Provide backup for front office tasks as well as the home sleep testing program.
