Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Staffing Support role to assist nursing units in identifying and filling daily staffing needs. You will work closely with the Administrative Supervisor to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

This position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience in acute care or office settings, with working knowledge of Excel and Office 2007/2010. Day-to-day teamwork and reliability are essential.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• This role is responsible for providing support to the nursing units by assisting in the identification and replacement of staff required to fill staffing needs on a daily basis.
• This is done by working collaboratively with the Administrative Supervisor to ensure that the Mission Care Coordination Center allocates nursing resources in a fiscally responsible manner that is consistent with the individual unit productivity parameters based on unit census and patient acuity.

Required Requirements

• High School Graduate / GED
• Two years relevant experience in acute healthcare or office setting with a working knowledge of excel and office 2007/2010
