Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a Clinical Coordinator RN for day shifts in Tulsa, OK to support population health management. You will coordinate clinical and operational activities, serve as liaison among patients, providers, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience; BSN and BLS within 14 days of hire are preferred enhancements that strengthen program coordination and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
