Presbyterian Homes & Services’ HallMar Village is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the Long-Term Care household team and oversee clinical staff. The role partners with Resident Services to blend housing, healthcare, and hospitality for residents, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

This on-site leadership position requires an RN with LTC management experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills in English to interact with

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in state(s) where practiced.
• 2–3 years experience in Long Term Care; management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical staff within the household team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Partner with Resident Services to blend housing, healthcare, and hospitality for residents.
• Participate in site leadership planning to meet short and long-term operational goals.
