Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital in Needham seeks a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to oversee daily perioperative operations in the OR, with focus on planning, staffing, and resource coordination.

The role requires a BSN, MA nursing license, and pediatric perioperative experience, plus leadership skills; a Master’s degree and PALS certification within 1 year are preferred. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications
