Qualifications

• 3 years Recent experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Time management skills.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations and issues in the practice.
• Provides patient care including nursing assessments and applies clinical skills and critical thinking to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates the care for designated patients and oversees clinical operations.
• Facilitates patient engagement such as visit flow, clinical triage, EMR clinical intelligence tools, pre-visit planning, transitions of care follow-up.
• Ensures comprehensive and timely transmission of information to physicians.
• Delegates on the basis of skills and acuity, and the specific needs of the patient and time availability of team members.
