SHIELDS for Families in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a licensed clinical professional to lead and supervise a team of therapists. The role focuses on supervision, documentation accuracy, program coordination, and ensuring compliance with agency, BBS, and DMH standards.

Ideal candidates hold LMFT/LCSW or psychologist licensure, and bring experience in crisis intervention, policy adherence, and staff development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision for therapists and consult on clinical issues.
