The Role

Our successful programs are assisting all New Yorkers and helping them to thrive! We are looking for a leader of Social Services.

What You Will Do

• Provide clinical supervision to Care Coordinators/Social Workers and Interns. Assess learning needs, develop learning objectives, and complete performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely client treatment records that comply with regulatory requirements and agency policies, including billing paperwork.
• Provide direct clinical services to individuals, families, and/or groups, ensuring documentation meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision to staff.
• Identify staff training needs and develop or conduct training to maintain and improve clinical staff competency and compliance.
• Document supervisory sessions with staff.

You Will Be

• An LCSW
• Having a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
• Having at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Capable of supervising and training staff at multiple sites.
• Knowledgeable about NYC's healthcare network, including SUD and treatment services.
• Familiar with evidence-based treatments, managed care principles, and behavioral practices.
• Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledgeable of DHS and OTDA policies and procedures.
