- Correlates and coordinates clinical education processes by way of rotation and education evaluations.
- Oversee the clinical education process by assuring that policies are being followed by student and supervising technologists.
- Develop student objectives and evaluation tools for clinical education.
- Responsible for schedule of student clinical assignments to match established JRDMS guidelines.
- Maintain student clinical assignments and attendance.
- Cooperate with the Program Director in periodic review and revision of clinical course material.
- Maintain current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and student progress.
- Collaborate with the program director on analyzing outcomes.
- Preparation for program accreditation and assisting during site visit.
- Serve as member of the student selection committee.
- Review program policies and procedures with newly hired technical staff.
- Assist in curriculum design, development, revision and implementation.
- Instruct specific courses and lab courses as necessary.
- Maintains clinical expertise through direct experience, continuing education and a competency assessment.
- Collaborates closely with clinical site leadership to coordinate student activities; provide training and education to clinical preceptors.
