Job summary

Phipps Neighborhoods is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to supervise a clinical services case management team in Far Rockaway, NY. You will oversee a group of four case managers, maintain a caseload of eight consumers, and drive program quality and client-centered outcomes.

The role requires a master’s degree preference and at least two years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in social work, psychology, sociology, or human services or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience supervising a case management team.
• Experience working with homeless population preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise four case managers and carry a caseload of eight consumers.
• Provide supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Audit and review case files; ensure thorough, accurate documentation.
• Plan and organize workshops, activities, and events for consumers.
• In absence of Program Director, oversee program operations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate all case managers.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure appropriate treatment plans.
