The Bridge Family Center seeks a Residential STTAR Home Therapist in Wolcott, CT. This full-time position serves adolescent males in DCF care, delivering individual, group, and family treatment with clinical supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure as LMSW/LMFT-A or LPC-A required.
• Experience working with youths and families, preferably in residential settings.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical support for residents and families, including treatment planning.
• Administrative duties: supervise residential staff and coordinate trainings.
• Program management: monitor STTAR model, document data and discharge summaries.
• Participates in 24-hour on-call rotation and attends meetings.
