A Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who functions as a role model, facilitator, mentor and coach for all clinical and support staff. Assists the Nurse Manager with continuous quality improvement, personnel utilization, performance appraisals, resource usage and budget management, and maintenance of standards of care.
