Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties seeks an experienced program supervisor for IBHS. Lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight for youth and families.

This full-time role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health field, PA licensure, and proven skills in program evaluation, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration. Join a mission-driven team focused on growth and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline; 3+ years post-degree in behavioral health.
• Active Pennsylvania licensure in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health certification, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist.
• Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check; verified absence from Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program staff and offer backup supervisory support as needed.
• Ensure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles, licensing standards, and contractual requirements.
• Collect and assess outcome data, conduct program evaluation, and implement improvement strategies.
• Oversee staff development through regular meetings, in-service training, and performance feedback; assist in developing annual program plans.
• Manage program operations including budget oversight, documentation of compliance indicators, and development of proposals to address needs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

Location: Philadelphia & Delaware Counties

What you will do

• Provide direct supervision to program staff (individual and group), maintain 24-hour availability for emergency consultation, and offer backup supervisory support to other programs as needed
• Ensure all program services comply with recovery and cultural competency principles, applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements, and agency policies
• Collect and assess outcome data, conduct continual program evaluation, and develop and implement performance improvement strategies
• Oversee staff development through regular meetings, in-service training, and performance feedback; assist supervisor in developing the annual program plan
• Manage program operations including budget oversight, documentation of compliance indicators, community and interagency relations, and development of formal proposals to address program needs

What You Bring

• Master's Degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university (or evaluated foreign equivalent), with a minimum of three years of post-degree experience in behavioral health, including one year of progressive supervisory responsibility and at least one year of direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults
• Active Pennsylvania licensure required in one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, CRNP with mental health certification, marriage and family therapist, or licensed behavior specialist - with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS services
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history check; verified absence from all Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
