Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with 18+ months RN experience (6+ months dialysis).

ADN is required; BSN preferred. You will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, and maintain strong patient relationships

Requirements:

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
