Job summary

DaVita in Edinburg, TX is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans, supervising staff, and building relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. ADN is required; BSN preferred and weekend/holiday availability expected.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
