Job summary

DaVita in Milwaukee is seeking a Charge Nurse / Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

The role requires active RN licensure with CPR, 18+ months RN experience (including 6+ months dialysis), and charge RN readiness. ADN is required, BSN preferred, and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
