Job summary

DaVita in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. You will oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

You will coordinate care plans, supervise RN staff and dialysis operations, and build strong relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
