Job summary

NFI North is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical services, intake and discharge, assessments and treatment planning, plus staff training and supervision. The role includes coordination with participants, families and service providers, as well as on-call coverage.

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical services and case management including intake/discharge, assessment and treatment planning, staff training and supervision, collateral contacts and coordination of treatment services with participant, family and service providers, crisis intervention, outreach services, counseling and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Human Services or a related field and experience working with youth in a clinical and counseling setting. LCPC/LCSW license is required.
