Job summary

NFI North is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Summit View, a six-adolescent residential treatment program in Bangor, Maine. The Clinical Coordinator provides all clinical services, supervises the clinical case manager, and participates in the program management team with on-call support.

The role conducts assessments, coordinates discharge, facilitates therapeutic groups, and offers clinical guidance to staff while ensuring compliance with funding sources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or human services.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), conditional licensure accepted.
• Minimum of three years’ related experience with individuals living with mental health needs.
• Ability to supervise the clinical case manager and provide on-call support.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide clinical services for the program.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups for residents.
• Provide clinical guidance to staff and supervise the clinical team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and liaise with outside providers.
• Ensure compliance with funding source regulations and quality standards.
• Provide individual counseling as appropriate.
