Job summary

Specsavers in Flint is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and ensure patients are seen promptly, delivering exceptional customer service and a seamless experience during visits.

Role includes training opportunities and working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accurate records, appointment management, and collaboration with clinicians to optimise clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within healthcare, optical, audiology, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience coordinating appointments, schedules, or diaries in a busy environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritising multiple tasks.
• Experience in Optics or Audiology is preferred but not essential.

• Managing patient enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Supporting clinicians with administrative and operational tasks.

Their primary responsibility is to ensure that patients attending appointments are seen promptly and efficiently, helping to maintain a seamless and well-organised experience throughout their visit. As the first point of contact for many patients, Clinical Coordinators are instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and professional experience for every customer.
