Clinical Content Specialist – Nursing Education

Location and Overview

Location: Hybrid – 8 days a month in the office (see locations listed on the posting).

We are seeking a Clinical Content Specialist leader to advance our mission of providing faculty and leadership with top-tier educational resources. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Clinical Content to plan and deliver high-quality consultation services, develop evidence-based content, and support nursing educators' growth from novice to expert.

Responsibilities

Consultations Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage consultations, assess client needs, and develop effective solutions.
• Draft, revise, and follow up on consultation proposals.
• Engage with clients, address questions, and act as liaison between stakeholders.
• Support consultants, review presentations, and provide feedback.
• Mentor and review projects, serve as final reviewer for various reports.
• Collaborate with teams on quality improvement, data analysis, and marketing.
• Deliver webinars, courses, and podcasts to promote thought leadership.
• Stay updated on evidence-based practices and scholarly work.

Nurse Planner Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Accredited Provider Program Director during the ANCC process.
• Handle documentation for contact hours and event planning.
• Participate in planning and presenting at NCPD workshops, conferences, and webinars.
• Engage stakeholders to identify organizational needs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Create educational resources like podcasts, manuals, and videos.
• Develop initiatives supporting team goals and strategy.
• Collaborate with educators, sales, and marketing teams.
• Travel up to 20-30% for conferences, consultations, and training.

Qualifications

Education and Licensure: MSN required; Doctoral preferred. Active RN license.

Experience: Experience in nursing education, administration, curriculum design, accreditation, and professional development. Ability to build professional relationships and engage stakeholders.

Travel: Willingness to travel 25-30%.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range varies by location: $95,560 - $133,750. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), tuition assistance, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
