Dragonfly Health is seeking a Clinical Consulting Pharmacist to provide clinical review for medication requests, prior authorizations, and benefit determinations in a dynamic care-at-home setting. You will evaluate dosing and safety using evidence-based guidelines and collaborate with providers to optimize prescriptions.

Ideal candidates hold an active pharmacist license (R.Ph) with PA/TN eligibility, with PharmD preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in PA with current, unrestricted status.
• PharmD degree preferred for advanced pharmacotherapy knowledge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical review and consultation on medication requests and prior authorizations.
• Evaluate therapy appropriateness, dosing, and safety based on guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to clarify prescriptions and suggest alternatives.
• Support complex case reviews and appeals with accurate documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve medication adherence, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Educate internal teams on formulary management and policy updates.
