Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Manager to provide auditing and regulatory oversight for clinic operations under the Chief Clinical Compliance Officer.

You will lead audits, develop auditing tools, monitor HIPAA and state/federal standards, and collaborate on policy updates. Travel 50–70% to support BayMark clinics nationwide.

This role requires strong Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college completion.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit clinical services and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
• Serve as point of contact for auditors and manage corrective action plans.
• Stay current on regulatory updates and disseminate them to staff.
• Partner with Chief Clinical Compliance Officer to develop policies.
• Identify high-risk deficiencies and alert management.
• Support compliance initiatives for new and acquired clinics.
• Participate in performance improvement and report to management.
• Travel 50–70% as required to support clinics.
