Qualifications

• Master of Public Health or other professional health degree required.
• 3 years’ experience in healthcare/public health with grant coordination or management.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health education and case management for patients due for screening and follow-up.
• Coordinate program activities, eligibility screening, and grant-funded reimbursements.
• Prepare annual reports and service indicators with Director, Grant Writers and Finance.
