Job summary

Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Clinical Reviewer to evaluate patient information provided by licensed professionals during starts of care, recertifications, and evaluations. You will ensure accuracy of OASIS data, 485s, and associated documentation, while supporting staff training and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical-surgical or medical records roles, ICD-10 coding knowledge, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Two years of medical-surgical, medical records management, or healthcare billing experience.
• Experience with ICD-10 coding preferred or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Process Home Health Starts of Care (SOC) and Hospice Admission Plans of Care timely.
• Review 485s, OASIS-C, and related clinical data for accuracy.
• Ensure care type and Plan of Care align with patient condition.
• Assist with training staff on OASIS documentation and coding.
• Maintain regulatory and payer compliance documentation.
• Support clinical management and orientation of new reviewers.
