Qualifications

• Three years of experience in provider coding audits.

• Strong analytical and educational delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based professional coding audits analyzing provider coding/billing trends.
• Develop and deliver targeted education for providers and staff.
• Support enterprise-wide compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific documentation and coding requirements.
