Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification for WA required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prep patients for visits; record vital signs and basic data.
• Perform basic lab work, phlebotomy, EKGs, and administer medications as directed.
• Document visits and procedures in the EMR per guidelines.
• Enter and verify patient history, exams, diagnoses, and care instructions.
• Review medical documents for accuracy and consistency in the medical record.
