• Coordinate monthly clinical clerkship schedules for third- and fourth-year medical students, including local and away rotations.
• Serve as a primary contact for student questions, schedule changes, time-off requests, documentation, and clerkship-related needs.

• Maintain accurate records in systems such as Exxat, Smartsheet, VSLO, Clinician Nexus, MyClinicalExchange, Canvas, and other educational platforms.
• Track evaluations, monitor completion, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with grade processing and student performance reporting.
• Support preceptor recruitment, onboarding, renewals, and accreditation-related documentation.

Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Clerkship Coordinator to support the administration of clinical clerkships for third- and fourth-year medical students! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting students throughout their clinical education experience.
