Baystate Health is seeking an Automation Specialist in Springfield, MA. Under supervision, you will monitor daily operations of laboratory instrumentation, resolve technical issues, and participate in new test development and protocol evaluation.

You will oversee quality control, CAP proficiency testing, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating staff and supporting IT changes and instrument upgrades. A Bachelor's degree and chemistry lab experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical lab field or equivalent.
• Two to three years high-complexity chemistry lab experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CLSI/CLIA/CAP standards and QC practices.
