Job summary

The City of Austin's Austin Community Court seeks a Clinical Case Manager to provide assessment and case management for clients with mental health, substance use, and behavioral concerns. Under supervision, you will develop and review individualized treatment plans and coordinate services.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, delivering individual therapy, maintaining documentation, and referring clients to appropriate agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A valid driver license is required and licensure must be pursued/maintained during employment.
• Must maintain licensure and participate in required supervision plans as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts screening and assessment for mental health, substance use, and behavioral disorders.
• Provides individual therapy and case management with up-to-date documentation and reports.
• Develops and reviews treatment plans based on best practices.
• Refers clients to appropriate agencies and records data for reporting.
• Maintains safety, engages clients, and collaborates with city employees and partners.
