Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) is hiring two full‑time Clinical Case Managers/Educational Liaisons for Residential Services.

The CCM role focuses on clinical and collateral case management, ongoing assessments, and aftercare, while also serving as the Educational Liaison to support youths’ learning and ensure IEPs meet school needs. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CPI/CPR/First Aid trainings, CORI & DCF background checks, a driving background check, and a valid

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Successful completion of CPI, CPR, and First Aid trainings.
• Approved CORI & DCF background checks (performed by the EEC).
• Approved driving background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for youth in the educational setting.
• Provide support during school hours, attend school meetings, and build relationships with students.
• Offer after‑school and after‑hour on‑call support to the program.

Position: Clinical Case Manager / Educational Liaison

We are hiring two full‑time Clinical Case Managers/Educational Liaisons (CCMs) in Residential Services. The CCM focuses on clinical, collateral case management, ongoing assessments, and aftercare. The CCM also serves as the Educational Liaison to support youths’ learning and ensure their IEPs are comprehensive and meet their needs in the school environment.

Responsibilities
