RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Care Technician for the Night shift at Monmouth Medical Center – Southern Campus. You will assist patients with daily living activities and provide nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification, and experience or training in nursing care; CNA is preferred. The position covers a 36-hour weekly night schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS (American Heart Association) required.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Certified nursing assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient caregiver services, assisting patients with activities of daily living and nursing care.
• Provides patient care appropriate to the age of patients in assigned service areas.
• Ensures effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions.
• Communicates ongoing status of patient care with patients and nursing colleagues.
• Participates in collaboration of patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transition.

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care at Monmouth Medical Center – Southern Campus.
