As a Clinical Care Technician (CCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands‑on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. You'll assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans. Float Pool covers six (6) different areas, census varies from 11 to 28 patients and provides direct care to primarily medical surgical patients which include specialties like orthopedic / neurosurgery, oncology, stroke and cardiac and other conditions requiring telemetry. Maybe assigned in the Emergency Department for Med/Surg Holds and ICU for Stepdown and Telemetry Downgrades
Requires a minimum of 2 years of acute care or Med/surg / Telemetry unit experience with strong collaboration and communication skills
To be considered for this CCT opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma / GED and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program is preferred or a CNA certificate.
