Job summary

The Village at Rockville is seeking a full-time Clinical Care Specialist (RN/LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care for residents in a premier continuing care community. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assess health status, and support care planning to meet each resident's unique needs.

Salary range is $82,000–$110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development. English proficiency and Maryland licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN or LPN licensure is required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Wound Certification is required.
• Experience in senior living, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to ensure quality resident care
• Assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and document resident care in accordance with regulatory standards

What You'll Do

• Wound Certified required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Ability to read and speak English
