The Village at Rockville in Rockville, MD is seeking a Full Time Clinical Care Specialist (RN/LPN) to provide high-quality clinical care for older adults in a premier continuing care retirement community.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, oversee resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting individualized care plans and education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN or LPN license.
• Minimum five years nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Wound Certification is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $82,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

What You'll Do

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland
• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred
• Minimum five years experience in nursing required, preferably in long-term care environment
• Wound Certified required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to read and speak English
