Applicants should have at least 3 years of related experience and hold National Medical Assistant Registration or Practical Nurse License. A background check is required, and education may be substituted for experience in some cases.

Responsabilidades

• Handle clinical inquiries from patients via phone and document in EMR.
• Triage protocol-based and route to provider with notes.
• Prepare and send lab result communications to patients.
• Review daily schedules for pre-visit prep and ensure records are updated.
• Coordinate referrals and care for high-need patients.
• Assist care team with population health reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
