Qualifications

• Masters in Human Services from an accredited school with licensure as a LMSW, LLMSW preferred.
• Required: TLLP, LLP, LP, LPC OR LLPC.
• QMHP, QMRP or CMHP eligibility where appropriate for population served.
• Must hold or pursue SUD license; MCBAP plan within 60 days if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Complete intake assessments and referrals for services.
• Coordinate with community agencies to access housing, medical appointments and employment.
• Engage in crisis management and after-hours on-call duties.
• Maintain documentation and meet agency standards for compliance.
